Nutritious Chicken and Vegetable Sandwich

Mary Beth whipped up a delicious sandwich using products all found in our warehouse! We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we enjoyed it!

You will need:

  • 2 slices toasted Sprouted Spelt or Sourdough Bread
  • Mayo
  • Organic Canned Chicken Breast
  • Lettuce 
  • Sprouts 
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices avocados
  • 1 large or several small slices of tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Spread toasted bread with mayo. On 1 slice of bread, layer chicken breast, lettuce, sprouts, a slice of cheese, tomatoes, and avocados.
  2. Top with the other slice of bread. 
  3. Enjoy!
