A-2 Whole Milk

A2 milk is noted to be higher in naturally occurring Vitamin A, B1, B12, & D,
more beta carotene, lower in cholesterol. Milk that contains two copies of the A2
protein easier to digest, Regular milk contains both an A1 beta-casein and an A2 beta-casein.
